How good does my internet need to be?
- When you are viewing the camera “locally” in your house or office, the speed of your internet connection doesn’t matter as you have a direct connection to the camera.
- Only when you view your camera “remotely” does the speed of your internet impact performance.
- The slower your local internet the slower the frame rate will be. The camera will remain live just update less frequently. However, our software platform was designed and developed with this problem in mind and we get superior comparative performance as a result.
