Entering Billing Details

All of our AgriCamera customers are required to pay AgriCamera Care to continue to get access to the Dashboard, updates and technical support. On the new platform the billing is done via direct debit, to setup your direct debit please follow the following steps:

Subscription is Still Active

If you still have time left on your AgriCamera Care subscription as you bought your system less than 12 months ago, or you have recently paid your bill you will need to click on your profile in the top right hand corner and click on "Manage Billing"

Expired Subscription

If your subscription has expired then you will not be able to view your cameras. When you sign in you will need to open the billing portal by clicking on the button.

Set up your Direct Debit

Once you have opened the billing portal you will need to set up your direct debit. To do this click on payment method, followed by the "Pay with Go Cardless" button where you will be able to fill out a Direct Debit Mandate
